Operational aspects
The Operational / Administrative staff consists of filed, clerical & managerial staff. The managerial staff comprises mainly of highly experienced civilian team of professionals in the fields of sales, marketing, operations, HR & administration. We provide adequate site supervision, including replacements if required.

Logistics & Mobility
All the personnel are equipped with mobile phones to maintain effective working all through out 24 hours & 365 days of the year.

Point of contact
We maintain a single point of contact on call (round the clock basis), including weekends & holidays. Unique Facility Services ensures that all security posts re manned at all times. All posts have site post-instruction, & necessary telephone nos. We ensure regular checking of security personnel during day & night by responsible staff not deployed the site. Field officer visit twice a week, operation manger once a fortnight twice a week night checks are conducted.

Customer Satisfaction
We manage our contracts by regular interaction with our clients. Our field-officers, operational managers regularly interact with our employees & clients to effect continuous improvement. Deployment is reviewed every three months & detailed views of clients are obtained to maximize the performance. All reports day/night checks & visits along with action taken for improvements are sent to client suggestions / comments of clients are implemented & reported to the client.

We provide physical security services to our clients through our unique & highly trained security personnel who ensure safety at various corporate residential complexes, shopping malls etc. Motivated & customer -service oriented personnel are a key part of a complete security programmed designed to complement our client ‘s core business while providing a safe & secure work environment for the employees. Our staff take an active role in becoming partners with our clients in the security process. We provide clear written instruction covering general standard & duties required of our personnel at the site including reporting procedures. Emergency visit at sites are followed up regularly. Mock Drills are carried out to perfect reactions at all levels.

Quality of security personnel are provided by us as per laid down standards of the private security Agencies Regulations Act. 2005. Specialized training is also meted out to security personnel to be posted at specific units such corporate & Hospitality sector, Technology & Manufacturing industries. Our security staff also undergoes further refresher training in addition to on the job trainings rounding up a total of 29 days on an annual basis for new inductees & 17 days for existing staff. Further, specific training is conducted for our staff on actual job profile basis.
